Nutrition Diary (for project) day 1

two thick pieces of bread
plain yogurt

apple (biggish)

chai tea latte, grande

3/4 of savory "French" toast

five gyoza with sauce
white/brown rice with furikake (egg & seaweed)
one mikan (clementine)

14 small doughnuts filled with anko
